Hello, I am a former Member of MFP and looking forward to making new friends that I can support and they can support me as well! I have been overweight my whole adult life and though I have had successes along the way & I have fallen off the band wagon time and time again, I refuse to give up! I am turning 55 years old this month and I need to focus on my health and well being. I enjoy eating clean and trying to stay off "bad" carbs & sugar as much as I can. I really love swimming and walking for my exercise. Because spring brings a new light and ambition to my soul I am setting new goals for my birthday to get back to regular exercise every day and get back to setting attainable goals that I can work towards. My BIG goal is to lose 75 lbs by my birthday next march.
I have created a "Fabulous Fifties" group and I am looking for 10 dedicated ladies to join me.
