I am not new to my fitness pal, but new to the community side, i have been back using my fitness pal for just over a
Month now and I have hit my target weight, my next goal now is too to get rid of fat in them sturborn Areas gradually toning and gaining a bit of muscle, I am looking forward to reading through some of the posts to get new ideas for training and nutrition
