Left leg injured

Yesterday while cycling, I got an injury in my left knee and calf. π
I didn't realize it then but today I can't put weight on my left leg. π
ACtually while cycling, my shoe stuck in the pedal but i didn't respond to that & kept cycling.
I'm so guilty now
It's so painful to go washroom as well .
It's not bending
Should I skip working out today?
Or any other way to work out without bouncing around leg?

If you injured yourself so badly you have difficulty walking, it's time to see a doctor. Take care of yourself so you'll have many more years of fitness ahead of you!5

I bolded the reasons why you SHOULD NOT EVEN THINK TO do a workout today. Go to the doctor and make sure you haven't damaged your leg!
And don't feel guilty - accidents happen. Make sure you find out the damage and recover as per your doctors orders. You'll be back in the gym in no time2
