Taking on my 20 year old self at 35

Hey everyone,

Back when I was in high school and college I spent my days and nights at the gym or in my room lifting. After I graduated college I settled down, found a career, had a kid, bought and drank a couple hundred six packs, and returned to my scrawny original self. Now as my 35th birthday approaches this June, and I have a better head on my shoulders and better budget to tap, I want to see if I can't just match my old self, but wreck it, too. I'm about 6 months into chasing it and I've roughly caught up roughly with where I was. I'm now using MyFitnessPal to not only track my hours working out but carefully micromanage my diet - something I horribly neglected in my youth. While I lack the disposable free time of my youth I now have the power of understanding HIIT, a job that doesn't ask why I dive into break rooms every hour, and can always find some way to make house work exceedingly more endurance exhausting!
