Track everything you eat for a week, don’t change any habits just because you’re tracking. Then after a week, you’ll get an average of the calories you’re taking in weekly. Then what ya do is; you cut your calories by 250 or 300 and see how that works for you. Stay consistent with the cut for at least 6 weeks, if results are good keep it going, if they’re not as good as you’d like; you could shave off a few more calories. Good luck! 💪

Sounds like you’re doing the right training but the key to seeing those abs is nutrition. Abs are made in the kitchen

Hmmm, yes but if you get down to your goal weight after bulking and you didn't target your abs the whole time there'll be nothing to see. OP, abs everyday son plus genetics are at play...not everyone will have a visible definition.

Totally agree Silky, I was referring to the OP who said he was training his abs hard so might just need different nutrition to get his abs visible

Exercising more generally isn't the solution The only way to "see" more ab muscles is too lose more fat.

Easier said that done and results vary depending on your genetics

i got down to 8% based on hydro and I still wasn't ripped. I'm at 13% now and they look almost the same to me. It is what it is.
