Hello everyone! I started tracking last month but I'm looking to participate in the community more. I have a history from adolescence of disordered eating, and it's important for me to feel supported in a healthy relationship with food. I'm a female in my mid twenties, 5'4", 167 lb with a goal weight of 145 lb. When I started tracking on 2/12 I was 173 lb. My doctor told me to lose weight for my preexisting condition of PCOS. I read through the community guidelines and I think this community seems pretty reasonable! I'm excited to be journeying together with you all.
