I lost 24 sizes!

So I don’t have many photos from my heaviest weight because I hated being in photos back then. I’d barely even take a selfie because I felt my face was so round.
The photo of me in the brown shirt is probably the only photo from my heaviest weight when I was morbidly obese. My highest dress size I ever wore was 24 but potentially I may have been closer to a 26-28 at my heaviest. (I never wore a dress at my actual highest weight so it’s hard to say.)
The most important part of this story is that IM NOT A SPECIAL CASE.
I’m not like super motivated or strong willed.
I actually have a chronic illness that makes weight loss harder.
I hate cardio and never do it!
I was just consistent. And when I had a bad day I started again ASAP. That’s all it takes. Patience and time.
You can do it ❤️

They often don’t! I actually live in Japan so when I visit America once a year I have family and friends introduce themselves to me 😆6 -

I always told myself that it’s all I had to do to e successful. I feel like people overthink weight loss or feel like if they’re Journey isn’t flawless then they should give up.
But you just gotta start again! 😊❤️

I wonder why they changed it? Hug seems like a weird reaction to me haha I’d much prefer to react with awesome to peoples posts.
Oh well.

It's funny, if you hover over "hug" on desktop, the url preview at the bottom still says it's "awesome", lol.

Great work. You say you were consistent. Did you count calories? Consistent with what kind of exercise if any? It's a very radical change.0

I did count calories but I never did like ultra low calorie. I’ve never gone under 2000 per day.
With exercise I started by walking, then added in different things as I felt lighter and stronger etc. but I tried to move as much as I could.
When I say consistency I mean that whenever I fell off, I jumped right back into my healthy diet and exercise.0
