Effective exercise question

Hi everyone, looking for some insight on exercise. I'm trying to let go of 10-15lb combining meal planning and exercise. Sometimes I feel like I might not be exercising smartly... Maybe you guys have some advice as to what to do in 1h at the gym and please don't suggest 50min of cardio bc I won't do that to myself. I love weight training and hot yoga (twice a week). And hate cardio but I do it anyway (for 20-35min at 5-6mph). Is it even worth it?
Please guide me!
