Hi everyone. been on the site for a while just tracking all the dead animal and rice I eat. Haven't been in the community at all. thought I would share my success.

As the title says 2 years ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. I got my butt into gear and changed my lifestyle. I now have been medication free for over a year and found a huge passion for powerlifting. This transformation I have been through so far is nothing compared to what is to come within the next year. buckle your seat belts kids!
