Hey all! I’ve been trying to gain weight. Right now I’m 117. Was 120 but got sick & lost weight. Have two kids so the only “fat “ I have is my stomach . Been wearing a waist trainer.
Trying to eat healthy as well as gain some weight. My goal is 135. So far I’ve been gaining weight. But I have to follow my daily routine 😩 mainly plenty of water still, 1 ensure a day . 1 breakfast essential a day. & of course regular foods.. any tips? So appreciates

are you planning on lifting weights as well to add the weight? I’m asking because you can add weight by getting more calories but if your not weight training the extra weight would come in the form of extra fat as apposed to weighing more due to having more muscle on your frame. And since muscle weighs more than fat you would look totally different at 135lbs with a 15lbs gain coming from muscle which would be awesome. Where a 15 lbs gain from fat would add to the stomach and everywhere else that you probably wouldn’t want.0
