Ditching SW (not because it doesn't work!!) but I feel I have the necessary information to carry on eating the right nutrition and with exercise (which I love) I hope to really thrash it... I find it hard at the moment to not think about syns, but I am logging everything I eat, even measured out 1 teaspoon of butter this morning.. so must be in the right frame of mind. I want to lose 3 stone maybe 4? but 3 is a starter for ten. I am currently 14 stone, and only 5ft 4" but I am 2 years away from 50!!!! so I think 11 stone would be healthy and take it from there. I love to cycle, and swim, I dabble with jogging (in the past have ran 2 half marathons) numerous races.. and now have a new gym membership, so anyone out there who wants to join me with this losing weight thing... feel free to send me lots of encouragement, I know I can do it... and WILL do it... but knowing I have you lot watching me will keep me feeling focused.
