Does anyone eat high fat microwave popcorn into their plan?

Sure. I had popcorn at the movie theater the other day. I think like anything else, it's fine to work in in moderation. I wouldn't necessarily eat a bag a day, but as an occasional snack you can certainly incorporate it. If you'd like to have it more frequently, there are also lower fat options you can look at that have less calories.

I can’t so usually just airpop them with 1 tsp of olive oil on the stove (weighing the kernels).

I buy the Boom Chicka Pop Sea Salt version at Costco and measure it out to fit in my calories.

I have an air popper (no oil needed) and I like to drizzle a little butter and then some everything bagel seasoning! It’s so good and I can eat a huge bowl for under 300 calories!

I just use a popcorn maker which doesn't need oil and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon. It is a lot cheaper than prepackaged microwave popcorn too.
