But new to posting in here. I lost almost 20lbs months ago and I’ve been letting the lbs creep back on. I’m totally addicted to sugar 😩
I have some health issues and I’m convinced I’d be waaaay better if I could lose weight, it’s just hard for me to get motivated. I’d appreciate any advice from anyone who has similar experiences!

    Hi Andrea, I think that low carbs + excercise is the only wsy to go. Good luck!
