In case you don't already know me as the nude lady in the fun&games section...

¡Hola!
I am Irene and currently living in Vancouver.
I recently joined to keep my food on track after slowly introducing exercise back into my life. Goal's to lose ~10% of body fat and keep as much muscle as possible in the process. So far I'm 2% down!
I know it's gonna be tough, but interacting with people in the casual sections -fun&games and chitchat- of the forums is keeping my spirits high.
My FR are open if any of you wants to chat some time. Good luck everyone!
ps. I swear I am wearing clothes in my profile picture!

LOL, sorry that title cracked me up I had to come look. But I assume you already knew it would reel us all in. That being said, working out in the nude is the best way! True sometimes the people around you might feel awkward but isn't it about personal health!1

Sounds dangerous, particularly for men. But I believe in defying societal standards. You do you!

The original Olympics were all done in the nude. They should go back to that. This may or may not affect tv ratings.0 -
