Hey, not everything need be serious all the time. I'm enjoying tightening up, and if i wasn't i wouldnt do it. SO THEN, little humor from my friend Mary.
When I said I was going.to lose some weight, her husband said they should maybe 'go on a diet' too.
Mary, being Mary, said you do what you like, but when she says shes going to eat "low fat" she means she's going to be sitting down when.she eats it.
