After years of struggling

This week i have learned a huge lesson that has taken me years to understand. One struggle was eating 100 percent perfect for 3 days and then when i am faced with eating something bad i binge and then fall off track until Monday. This week i ate good for 2 days and yesterday i had one serving of pizza bagels (my son was eating a whole pack and i had a couple). Not only did i still lose weight but i didnt binge and was able to still be in a deficit.

Lesson learned. Everything is about balance. :)

    This is the hardest thing to do and you have now done it!

    Cheat meal is ok once in awhile but cheat days lead to cheat weekends which leads to I'll start again next month.
