Hey I’m Yasmin! The goal is weightloss so I was hoping I could make some friends who could help give ideas for meals? From Lincoln

  • Eat whatever you enjoy and fills you up, just as long as your total calories for the day are less than or equal to your calorie goals. It's ok to go over sometimes, nobody is perfect. Just don't make a habit of it. You can earn more calories to eat by adding cardio exercise. It's as simple as that.
