You should be aiming for 0 calories remaining... not 0 net calories. eat your calorie goal plus what you burn from exercise.0 -
If I am really hungry, I will get my calories within 50-100 calories from 0, but so far I never go over. That is my self set discipline and it works for me. I usually only eat back about 1/2 of my exercise calories because of over estimating in MFP database.0
