How to figure out macros

Does anyone have a good website or app that helps to calculate what you maintenance, deficit, ect. calories should be? Also what the breakdown between them should be. For ex. Fat 25%, carbs 40% and protein 35%. Specifically for fat loss and to build lean muscle. TIA
