Things I learned after losing weight

While this may sound like a negative thing, it isn't. However, I thought losing weight would make me automatically love myself. But it did not. I'm still hard on me. But that's okay. What losing weight taught me is that I could commit to bettering myself and working towards being happy even though I had already accepted I would be miserable forever. So, if ur still hard on urself, know ur not alone. However, realizing how much effort u have put in to be a better is impressive and worth your admiration
