Trying to lose 10 pounds .

Just looking to lose 10 pounds for summer . I’m very active and eat healthy. Any suggestions on fitness and foods would be appreciated.

    For weight loss all that’s necessary is eating less calories than your body burns. Exercise for health. How you create a deficit is entirely up to you.
    I choose foods that I like, concentrating on portion control and moderation, and moving more.
