I've been tracking food for 5 days. I don't have a scale. I estimated my starting body weight. I was going to try to do this without purchasing a scale, but I think I need one.
Favorite types or brands? Anything to steer clear of?

Renpho! It's a great scale that has an app to monitor your weight as well as body fat, muscle mass, and BMI. I LOVE mine! You can get it from amazon.5

Scales are bluetooth now? Sigh. Who knew?0

I love my Renpho scale! I weigh every morning and I don't have to type my weight into my apps anymore or even really think about it because it automatically syncs to my fitbit and myfitnesspal.0

While we are on this subject… Is there any such thing as a scale with reasonably accurate biometrics?
According to our bathroom scale, I went from 158 to 143 pounds and stayed at 33% body fat while increasing the amounts I can lift. Uh, no.1
