Heres my usual bulk up workout. Any advice?
Push Day:
overhead press 5x5 (all 5x5 is heaviest i can do and then increase if i do a full 5)
Bench press 5x5
Incline dumbell fly 5x5
Pull + Abs day:
Barbell row 5x5
Dumbell upright row 5x5
(All abs are as much as possible)
Plank
Oblique crunches
Reverse crunch
Leg raises
Leg day:
Squat: 5x5
Deadlift 5x5
I go 5 days a week (or at least i try too)
I weigh about 212 lbs and im 6”3. 24 years old.
I take prescription Adderall and Lexepro
I eat 3,700 calories per day.
I want to bulk up get huge muscle mass. I have muscle but by body type is about average. Little body fat.
Look up Charles Laurent, that ideally is what I roughly want look like mass wise. I am especially struggling with the mid chest area. I have muscle mass on every other side but its boney in the middle.
Any advice or tips.

This routine has some imbalances, I would get on a proven beginner program such as Starting Strength or Fierce 5 and follow it to a T. A lot of guys struggle with mass in the mid-chest, focus on hitting your macros and progressing your lifts and the mass will come along, it takes time.1
