Hello everyone! I'm new here and (trying) to start my weight loss journey. I'm trying to get more active and work out at least 3 times a week for at least 45 minutes whether it be in the gym or at home. I'm looking forward to all the tips, yummy recipes and motivation you can all offer to help me out and I look forward to providing the same! I'm currently on this journey in secret in a way as to I have not told anyone (friends/family) about this yet as I don't want to constantly be asked, "How's it going?", "Should you be eating that?", "Have you lost any weight yet?", etc. I feel those questions are pressure on me and will make me get discouraged so for now it's our little secret.
