Spring 2019 Wellness Challenge

Spring starts next week. Let’s build positive weekly mini habits and check in and hold each other accountable. It will be fun. My three goals for Spring 2019 are: (1) build positive daily habits (meal prep/plan/track meals, 10,000 steps day and working out at least 3 days a week); (2) strengthen my mind (daily affirmations) and (3) letting go of things that weigh me down; negative thoughts, people and emotional toxins. I will check in weekly and let you know my progress. Anyone with me?
