Hi everyone
I've been doing SW successfully, but now decided to have a go at MFP.
Unsure if I should be counting calories, macros or both?
Daily cals are 1200.
Today I've eaten 1048. Burned 744 through exercise and have 896 left. My macros are showing pretty much at the limits for Carbs, Fats and Protein so should the 896 cals left be classed as calorie deficit?
Any help much appreciated. Thanks 😁
