Day 1 Down!

Im a newbie here and just completed day one and ended with almost 550 calories to spare! Yay me! Anyone else just complete day 1? Add me and lets keep each other going! Good luck to you all!!

    Congrats on getting started. Keep in mind that the way MFP is set up you should eat to the calorie goal it gives you, and eat back about half of you exercise calories. Undereating by 500 cals is not desirable or healthy. Read the sticky posts and active threads on here to better understand this.
