New here! Hello!!!!

I just switched to this app (per my doctor’s recommendation) and left Noom in the dust. Many years ago I tipped the scales at over 300lbs, I lost 108 and kept 90lbs OFF for 10 years! It has been a battle trying to lose weight, so now I am under a doctor’s care and meeting with a Nutritionist. It really helps to know how many calories I should be eating, along with how many grams of protein and carbs I should consume in a day. I’m already down 4 pounds over the past couple of days and I’m going to work hard to continue this process. I would, ideally, like to drop about 60lbs in order to get to a normal weight for my height. Thanks for listening!!

Good luck on your journey! I'm really enjoying the process of educating myself about calories as I learn to log everything:)1
