I can do this! 100+ to lose!

Greetings, I am a 38 year old Michigan man who liked pizza, burgers, and ice cream a bit too much for my own good. It was 100% my own doing and I will get myself out of this.

My wife wants me to get healthy, so I decided to make a change. I started this a couple weeks ago and it is working.

My goal is to get from my highest weight of 337 to 210. After 2 weeks I am already down 12 pounds.

I am doing 5 miles a day walking, 2500 calories, cut my meat consumption down to 1/4 of what it was, and keeping snacking at bay by eating apples and a lot of water.

I am already feeling better and my confidence is high. Feel free to add me as a friend. I will help you stay motivated too!
