I quit smoking cold turkey 3 weeks ago and have not gained a pound. Have not lost, either, but I'm going easy on myself. One victory at a time.

Very nice! Smoking is gross and unhealthy, not a decision you will regret!

Great job!!! I also quit smoking- hit 1 month mark yesterday. I did not gain or lose for 3 weeks of that month. Reduced carbs this past week and dropped 3lbs! You’ll start losing again, hang in there!

Great job! I quit smoking over ten years ago, and it was hard. It gets easier every day, and you will be so much healthier! I don’t miss it at all now, and you will get there too!
