A bit about ME

I have IBS and diverticulitis. I am on 2 types of medications to try and control the IBS. I have several food allergies. Some are quite serious making eating healthy a very difficult challenge at times. I try to eat healthy. Right now fighting with trying to lose weight and keeping it off. Seems when the IBS is flared for a few days weight loss comes to a halt. Also had my gallbladder removed in October of last year.

Have had a good couple of days. No problems with IBS. Continue to watch what I eat. Still can not figure out what set me off a couple days ago. Trying to get enough protein and lower sodium intake is taking some time. Doctor suggested tuna but not sure about increasing amount of mercury and sodium. I have started adding an egg. Hard boiled seemed the way to go. Not trying to add anymore extra fat into the diet so scrambled or fried is out.0
