Lost 5 lbs. in 5 days with IF

I’ve lost 5 lbs in 5 days with IF.
I don’t eat breakfast or lunch but I do eat dinner but nothing huge. Sometimes I won’t eat dinner either. Depends on my hunger. And being “regular”. But the meals are like snacks otherwise I won’t lose. I am a very slow loser. But I have had success so far! At one time I had lost 80lbs. But I regained 40lbs due to burnout so I’m hoping to not burnout this time to lose 130lbs once and for all! I’m re-losing 40+ pounds. But I must say I’m happy to have maintained the 40 lb weight loss!
