Calorie goals

Example, it’s 4:00 in the afternoon, you’re allowed 1500 calories, you have 700 left, add in your exercise you now have 1600 calories left, what do you do?

    i would note that i need to start eating more before 4pm tomorrow.

    I would eat some calorie dense foods. maybe something invovling pb and jam sandwhich with tons of pb and high calorie bread. then some ice cream.

    Have my evening meal (providing I hadn't already pre logged as I usually do) then a tub of halo top. Or if I had already pre logged my evening meal and had 1600 cals left it would be b&j's

    Include avocado in your dinner/supper and snack on some nuts.

    no kidding. 1600 is more than my daily total calories. tons of food in the house i would dive for if i still had that many to eat today!

    I would eat Haagen Daaz. Rarely do I get that many calories to spend. Lol
