If you're hungy, then eat some food. Problem solved!1

i would note that i need to start eating more before 4pm tomorrow.
I would eat some calorie dense foods. maybe something invovling pb and jam sandwhich with tons of pb and high calorie bread. then some ice cream.

Have my evening meal (providing I hadn't already pre logged as I usually do) then a tub of halo top. Or if I had already pre logged my evening meal and had 1600 cals left it would be b&j's0

no kidding. 1600 is more than my daily total calories. tons of food in the house i would dive for if i still had that many to eat today!0 -
I would eat Haagen Daaz. Rarely do I get that many calories to spend. Lol0
