Hello everyone! I am new to this posting and keeping track of my food as well as my workouts. I am 38. I used to be real skinny in my younger days. I had my son then had several hip surgeries after that. I was all the way up to 215lbs I stopped drinking coke and just water. I dropped down to 195. I haven't been eating healthy or exercising until now. I have been told by the doctors that I have to continue with strengthening my leg well that was over 8years ago. This year is my year to get right with the healthy eating and exercising. I want to gain more strength as well as loose 50lbs. I am looking for friends that we can motivate each other.
