Calculating calories burned for Physical Therapy Exercises

I am recovering from hip surgery I had last Nov. I have looked at several web sites looking for ways to calculate calories burned with physical therapy exercises. I found a Strength Training (Body Weight) Calculator that I think will help, depending on your type of exercise. I know some of my P.T. exercises this will not work. At least I have something to use that seems to fit what I am doing with P.T. Here is the web site for anyone interested. https://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/calories_burned.asp?exercise=578&type=1
