I am not new to MFP, but new message boards. I was part of Noom for the last few months but have been logging food here every now and again as well. Decided that I would just log food here. I am trying to lower cholesterol and eat more healthy foods. Please add me as a friend as I would really like to be part of a supportive group.

Take a look at some of the on-going challenge groups to see if you can find one that resonates for you. (Take a look at "The Ultimate Accountability" challenge, which focuses on process ... which would be very compatible with your Noom experience)0

Hi. I'm also working to lower cholesterol, raise hdl, lower ldl, but most importantly lower my c reactive protein. Some studies point to c reactive being a more accurate predictor of heart health than cholesterol. I'm going a little far with mine though. I have researched all of the above and am doing a like 2 week kick start diet. Not sure if it will work but I have very successfully lowered cholesterol before with diet and exercise so I'm looking to do that again and add in the C-reactive protein.
When you say eat more healthy foods do you have anything in particular in mind?0
