Mine's open, but very boring. I've picked some basic items that I really like and meet my goals and I just basically rotate through them. It's simple, fast and I don't have to think about it too much. I'm using TDEE so you won't see my exercise logged, but I'm running P90X right now, about three weeks in. Feel free to peruse and ask questions.0

I am doing the Atkins program so it may look a little tilted to some.

Open log here. Word of warning: lately it's been Exhibit A for why I kept my trap shut about losing weight until I looked like a flying squirrel in my work uniform (and yes, I am now getting 'I thought he was on some kind of diet' comments). The earlier entries have more lower-calorie meals, but I've come to believe more food is the way to go since then.0
