Starting again

Hi everyone. My name is Jennifer and I joined MFP to get myself back on track. I have been in the process of being approved for VSG and have slowly started gaining weight again. I need to get back on track.

Anyone else on the same journey or have had VSG/WLS?? Did you use MFP to help meet your goals!

Hey, welcome back. If you go to Groups (at the top, in the blue bar) and type VSG into the search box, there are a lot of groups that are fairly active and you can find others in your situation.
