Hi there the title says it all. I typically workout 4-5 days a week for 1-2 hours. I recently had an appointment with a nutritionist to compliment my workout regimen and I’m using this app to help me keep track of my recommended meal plan :) here for support and to support everyone in their fitness goals! I currently am trying to maintain my weight and have a fit body without too much hypertrophy. Please feel free to add me :)
