Hi there the title says it all. I typically workout 4-5 days a week for 1-2 hours. I recently had an appointment with a nutritionist to compliment my workout regimen and I’m using this app to help me keep track of my recommended meal plan here for support and to support everyone in their fitness goals! I currently am trying to maintain my weight and have a fit body without too much hypertrophy. Please feel free to add me
