I'm doing a fitness podcast...
I just can't seem to stay on my goals and the worst part of it is that I actually work for a fitness company. I'm only a production artist, so I don't really get up much. Yup, sedentary 9-5 life... on ma butt. Everyday.
I'm trying something new with my coworkers. They convinced me to be part of a podcast as an "average 9-5 person" to talk with the company fitness expert. At this point, it's just giving information for a person who wants to start or continue workout life while keeping a full-time job but eventually it's supposed to branch out. Plus this is making me stay honest.
The show is still in testing and only has about five episodes. I wanted to share it with the community to both help the show and also to get me back on the Myfitnesspal app.
One of our episodes talked about accountability and well... this is it. Telling people about this is going to keep me accountable.
