Fibromyalgia, weight loss & exercise

Looking for people with fibromyagia syndrome (an invisable chronic pain illness). Looking for encouragement, friendship, and suggestions on how to lose weight and ease into a weekly exercise routine.

    Hi I'm Katie. I have fibro as well. I know how difficult it is to get going with exercising and stay in a routine. Since my fibromyalgia started 6 years ago I've put on weight and lost a lot of muscle and strength. I've struggled for all those years and would get a good routine down then have a really bad day or week or two of excruciating pain and lose all that work. Since January of this year I started intermittent fasting and doing yoga. It's made me feel a lot better and in getting my strength back. I have lost six lbs so far and now I've even been able to start lifting weights a little bit.
