Looking for friends and fellow night shifters

I'd love to be your friend and motivation! Little back story on me... I joined here in 2014 and with counting calories and using my Fitbit I lost 40pounds! It was a huge success and I was so close to being under 200 (which I haven't been since i first got preggo in 2008) well I just stopped losing, then somewhere along the line lost track of my goals. I was able to keep it off for awhile but slowly it started gaining it back. Fast forward to now it's all back :neutral:

I've tried everything I did before but jts more difficult this time around. Guess cause I'm now mid 30s AND my schedule is all out of whack since I've been working night shift 10pm to 6am. I never get sleep and dont know how to count my calories in a day "correctly"
