I’m on Keto...

Things have been going fine for about a month. And over the last few days I’m hit with super dry hands. Thyroid & hormone levels checked recently ... no issues there. No matter the lotion, creams, oils, water, electrolytes... it’s there. Will my body straighten out or should I adjust something ? Thank you for your time.

I’m 41 if that matters.
