Road 2 Lean-Spring time Cut

Back on the Road 2 Lean😎. How many of us have lost weight before only to gain it right back??😩😩Unfortunately I am a victim!
Have been learning about reverse dieting an exit strategy after you finish you cut to safely get back into maintenance mode with minimal fat gain🤓
My goal is currently drop down to 180 pounds while maintaining strength and muscle mass.
I am doing this by being in a 500 calorie deficit, strength training 3 times a week every other day for optimal recovery and low impact cardio on rest days. From my experience losing weight is easy especially with tools like myfitnesspal the key is to have a successful exit strategy and not go binge mode once you reach your goal. Hoping to meet some like minded friends along this journey. Peace to you
