Slow progress is still progress.....

Recently someone said to me that "slow progress is still progress" and I guess I can relate to this as after many years of yo-yo dieting I wanted to find a way of sustaining the weight loss. I have been calorie counting since January albeit with another route, but finding this website will help me to keep in control and see the different types of food I'm consuming. Loving all the graphs and the fact that exercise can counteract those bad days as there will always be those, but I d on't feel guilty about these anymore.

i can relate to this. I joined this site in January, however at the beginning of Feb i had a particularly nasty fracture of my ankle, which is still not fully functioning.
However thanks to this site i keep going, and losing! It may b a slow process but its a change of lifestyle and i've finally discovered, thanks to this site, that with the right support can go a long way :drinker:
I hope you're progress and weight loss is helped by the people on here they really are great :flowerforyou: good luck xx0
