Back at it again, after surgery!

Started last year around this time, I did drop some weight but after a surgery in November that kept me low movement for 2 months, my body has not been cooperating with me at all. I am still not used to the adjustments but hope to get back to some normalcy and hopefully meet some strength and weight goals in the process. Add me if you want to have a new friend!
