I downloaded the app a while back, but never really used it. Recently I upgraded it to the premium version and am using it regularly to track my progress. I used to be in decent shape in high school/college, however, as I settled into the routine of work/moving to the Austin, TX area (originally from Orlando, FL), I let myself go. Working on getting back into shape and exercising/weightlifting on a regular basis.

As the full scope of this app is still new to me, I discovered the other day about the social networking aspect. Feel free to send me a friend request if you are looking to add people/I am sure it helps in creating motivation seeing other individuals work towards their goals.
