Should’ve counted calories years ago

Hello! I joined FP about a week ago and have already lost 5ish lbs. I wish I would’ve started CC counting a long time ago. I’m becoming hyper aware of what I’m eating and I’m consistent working out and it feels great, especially being a mom to 3 kids..I needed more energy and I’m getting that. I’d like to have some friends on here so feel free to add me!
