Slapped in the face by the scale so starting again

Hello everyone! My name is Alex. Got married in October and after that kind of just stopped caring about what I was eating/drinking and working out consistently. Finally decided to weigh myself again and felt like crying. I weigh almost 200 pounds and it blew my mind. Definitely going to get back to my old routine and get back to where I was.     I started at 210 in 2016 got alllll the way down to 158 stopped logging, life happend etc got back to 192 started again on 14th January currently sitting at 176lbs you've got this. If I can you can 😊
