This is my second time around! I had lost 50lbs then I got a little too comfortable. I stopped logging for 2 and 1/2 years now I'm back 40lbs heavier with a new mission.
My son is 10 and started at 152lbs. I need to make better life choices to help him and myself. We started March 1st 2019 and we have both lost 6lbs each. This is no longer a diet it's a lifestyle change.
Looking for food ideas and accountability partners to we could help eachother stay on track.

Hello Add me as a lifestyle change you're right👍we're about same weight. I weighed in myself today my first day back since Feb. I want to be size 8 and burn some fat. I hate the wiggles and cellulites ya know lol. I burned 187 calories today, water aerobics, walking, at the gym. I try to avoid sugar, friend food, white bread and stop eating when I'm full. Since Jan I lost 10 lbs. Wanting to loose 30 lbs. Ok I'll share how each day go. We can do this🙌🙌1

I started a week ago and have lost 5.8 lbs. 300 to 294.2! Would love some more people to help me stay accountable. This app was a real eye opener as far as telling me how many calories I was really eating...helps explain why I was never successful doing it “my way”...0
